Our bodies are made of energy; some of this energy is our own, while other energies come from outside. These are intrusions. Sometimes, the body emits energies that we need at a particular time and then struggles to release them. Since each body has a distinct energetic frequency, carrying these excessive and intrusive energies interferes with a person's overall balance. How these intrusions manifest: mental and physical blockages / pain in certain areas of the body / intrusive thoughts / addictions / bad habits / a feeling of not being oneself / an inability to move forward or evolve The shaman practitioner enters a trance in the Spirit world to neutralize the energies emanating from the person, the intrusions, and to rebalance the client's energy and frequency.
